It's never to late, Break the Addiction

Admissions - Getting Started

Sprout Health California is dedicated to the care and treatment of those battling chemical dependency or mental health conditions.

Admissions Getting StartedThe decision to get help for your substance misuse, addiction, or mental health condition is one you have not made lightly. Additionally, co-occurring conditions can be present and the pathology of one can have an effect on the primary condition. Co-occurring conditions require treatment and management of not only the primary ailment, but the secondary disorder as well. Depending on the nature, severity, or type of condition or addiction, treatment varies from person to person and Sprout Health California strives to meet the needs of the client with our unique and innovative cognitive and behavioral therapies catered to each individual. Our dedicated team of experts are skilled and duly-licensed to provide an unmatched level of care that can provide you with the tools needed to help you stay sober and regain control over your life.

This begins with a comprehensive admissions process in which our intake specialists will gather necessary information and introduce you to the expectations and procedures of life inside one of our treatment facilities. One admitted, you will undergo extensive medical and psychiatric evaluations administered by our expert clinicians. Diagnostic tests will also be performed to help achieve a more accurate assessment of the client’s overall health. Although seemingly far-reaching, this is a very important step to ensure our team of licensed professionals identify any and all co-occurring conditions. This is especially important for a complete diagnosis and for devising an accurate treatment plan appropriate to the individual and their specific needs.

Although we strive to offer treatment programs that are customized for the individual and their specific needs, all of the treatment modalities Sprout Health California offers are evidence-based and their effectiveness are proven effective in the treatment and management of mental health conditions, chemical dependency, and co-occurring conditions. Each of these pathologies have their own specialty programs including a detoxification program, residential rehabilitation, partial hospitalization, and outpatient programs.

Sprout Health California has designed our programs based on present best practices to provide the highest quality of recovery and treatment services.

Those who stay in one of our facilities will live in lavish and comfortable accommodations to further facilitate a peaceful, reflective, and healing environment. A case manager is assigned to each client and also serves as a between patients and authorized family, keeping them updated on his progress and discharge information.

Some of the evidence-based programs our duly-licensed clinicians provide include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brief Strategic Family Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy, and Mindfulness Therapy. To enhance these therapies we also offer art therapy, yoga and meditation, psychodrama, and music therapy. Additionally, our unique Brain Wellness program promotes cognitive restructuring and optimum neurologic functioning.

Sprout Health California also offers individual counseling complemented by extensive group therapy. Individual counseling offers one-on-one treatment for your particular recovery. Our structured group therapy sessions provide a safe haven for members to share their experience, find support, and gain comfort in knowing they are not alone in their experiences and struggles to lead an addiction-free life. Our care continues past your stay in our facility and our aftercare services provide long-lasting facilitation and hope to clients as they continue their road to sobriety and mental wellness.

Taking the first step on your road to recovery can be daunting, however, Sprout Health California is there for you every step of the way. From your initial contact, throughout treatment, and once your leave our facilities, Sprout Health California will guide you and support you on your journey to living your best life.
