PHP Treatment Center
Our programs work because they are anchored on accountability and trust.
Those individuals with substance abuse problems usually have several treatment options from which to choose. Their choice is usually the result of a reputable treatment program having thoroughly assessed the nature of their problem. At Sprout Health California, we take the time to thoroughly assess our clients and their level of substance abuse. This is done so that no resources will be wasted and the best and most effective program can be designed for a client.
Our Addiction Treatment Advisors are thoroughly dedicated to this end. They are the ones who will help design your treatment program. Of course, you will be presented with a comprehensive overview about all of our programs. Then you can make a well-informed decision is we are the right fit for you.
Partial Hospitalization Program
Many individual look at it as an outpatient program that allows them needed treatment and the flexibility to get on with their life. We view it as perhaps a step-down level of care that we can provide. However, it is still highly structured and clients are required to attend sessions that may last for 6 hours a day, five days a week. We think the program is worth every minute that you will spend getting the treatment to put your life back together. You can expect a tailored approach to psychological counseling, and to attend group and family therapy sessions. There are other therapies that we may introduce you to as well.
These programs are designed to be effective, but to give patients more freedom in the process. There is less supervision on our behalf and patients get to put their newfound knowledge of behavior to test in a real-world setting.
The Value of Group Sessions
Many clients find group sessions to be a valuable tool in their healing process. People can share experiences in this type of setting. Individuals realize that others are fighting through the same challenges. Discussions are readily formed, and there is often a collection resolution that takes shape. Many people share the same problems and can draw strength and courage from others to make their program a success.
Is Outpatient Drug Detox for You?
It depends, but we can say that it is not for everyone. Everyone has a different level and rate of recovery. If your condition is stabilized, and you are making great progress that does not require 24-hour monitoring, this program could very well benefit you. The general rule for qualification is that patients are not at the stage where their substance abuse problem is not severe. There is a distinction between substance abuse and an addiction. An addiction is when the substance abuse problem has crossed a line. We tell patients that substance abuse should be treated like an addiction, because it is the first step that often leads to an addiction.
Trust and Accountability
Our programs work because they are anchored on accountability and trust. After treatment sessions, individuals are free to go home. This requires a person to be strong. They will likely be the type of person with strong character and resolve. It will take strength and character to refrain from using alcohol or drugs while undergoing treatment. This means the individual’s social network has to be rock solid, and that he or she refrains from anything that will temp them to use or abuse drugs or alcohol. Everyone associated with the client must understand that the patient is undergoing treatment and therapy to get better.
As you can see, this takes a lot of commitment and will power on behalf of the client. Not everyone can go through this program. For those who can, it is a beneficial experience. Contact us today to learn more about our program, whether the treatment is for you, or a loved on. Lives are at stake, and the sooner treatment can begin, the sooner an individual can get back to leading a normal lifestyle. We have a treatment program for everyone.
